Bridle Lodge Apartments

Property is in a quiet location, feet away from local shops. Close to pleasure beach with only meters to walk and sandcastles swimming pools and local trams in walking distance. I would happily stay here again

Apart from some cosmetic damage there was nothing wrong with the apartment.

Location was excellent near all the local attractions and also local cafe and shops, kitchen was massive, TV could have been a little bigger but a minor grip.

We never received the front door code but we got lucky that a maintenance guy was there and provided it. In all fairness if I had messaged the owner i'm sure they would have responded in a timely manor

Walking distance to the sea front and tram stop. I had a parking space on site. Easy access and good communication with the host.

Several spots of damage throughout the apartment, electrical wires from a light fitting showing and pots and pans were dirty. I had to wash up before I use them. Bed was very low and the mattress felt like I was sitting through it rather than on it.

Sofa bed was dirty, toilets need changing, decor is old and tired. Alleyway for parking was unsafe

The location and the fact we have a working kitchen so we can choose if we want to eat in or out.

The lack of commincation from david the property manager i asked him for more toilet rolls didnt get an answer, then asked him if we coukd get a late checkout no respnose again

First important communication was sent through the wrong source. Unexpected visitors with advice information from owner. The most dirtiest place l have ever booked. The sofa was so dirty that that l have to cover with plastic and throws that l quickly went to buy at a nearby shop. Carpet was dirty. I Myself and my little ones got sick immediately we returned. No answering to call. No email details of parking (causing me to pay a fine) but when requesting £100 deposit email was sent.. I have to pay extra for call because it was international. Hot water was not working. Dirt everywhere even beneath the fridge and microwave. I have to sanitise doors and handle. The pillow is as flat as a carpet l do not recommend, even to stay for free l will not risk my health and that of my loved ones.
