Amazing location with a great view! Pool and facilities were very well kept. Apartment had plenty of space, was well equiped and very comfortable.

No air conditioning in bedrooms meant it was a bit hot to sleep. Might be ok in cooler months.

Our room was tidy but definitely not clean and the showers in the apartment were impossible to get into. The electrical was dodgy.

"Best spot, perfect view, large rooms but needs refurb"

Royal Palm has the best location in the area. There are no roads to Ross to get to the beach and the pool and bbq area is awesome!

Really needs a refurb. Also got told by reception that they don't allow people to park before check-in time? Really, since when? I've been going there for 12 years and it has never been an issue before. In the end we were allowed to park, so we could meet up with other guests.

"Over all wasn’t to bad but disappointed on the cleanliness of the place! It’s was a huge let down!"

The view!

The place was like it wasn’t cleaned properly, n u may need to have a quiet word to your cleaners. Aswell as the toilet in the main bedroom was on constant running water n had to be turned in at the wall!

The property was in an awesome location. It had a great pool and facilities.

It had no air-conditioning. We also didn’t have any spare toilet paper or garbage bags.
