Royal Palm Resort on the Beach

Beautiful facilities, pool was sensational Beach access was great lobby lift and for you very clean.

We stayed in the penthouse. I was unaware that I’d booked the penthouse, it was very spacious although there was used soap and toiletries left in bathrooms, no ceiling fan in second bedroom, pedestal fan was broken and unable to be used, there was not enough toilet paper supplied. We had the supplier own. Dishes had been left in dishwasher.

Reception could have been nicer. We were told our room wasnt cleaned & check in. We waited for the keys. In the end she said she didnt know if they had finished and to go up and look for ourselves. The carpet had not been cleaned.

The pool and location

Room was infested with cockroaches, bathrooms very old and dirty, washing machine had mould inside, crockery all mismatched and not enough bowls, kitchen utensils were very old and not clean, balcony seating broken and uncomfortable, stains on bedsheets.

The pool and the view is incredible. Very family friendly

Every plate and cup was dirty, even wine stains in the classes. The cupboards where all dirty and the cutlery drawer was gross with food. We have been staying here for years and the first time in 15c. We told the staff so hopefully this will be rectified for the next Tennant.

Amazing location with a great view! Pool and facilities were very well kept. Apartment had plenty of space, was well equiped and very comfortable.

No air conditioning in bedrooms meant it was a bit hot to sleep. Might be ok in cooler months.
