One of the best hotels I have stayed in.

The bar and smoking. The last night I was there the outside door was not open, nor could I sit outside in the patio and the smoking was so bad, I could not invite my friends to join in for drinks. They need to install ventilation fans

El personal és extremadament amable i atès. La ubicació de l'hotel és ideal, a prop de la Medina i ben accessible des de l'aeroport.

L'habitació estava molt bruta, al terra fins i tot vam trobar sobres de te oberts que evidentment eren hostes anteriors, i les tovalloles estaven tacades de maquillatge. Al bany ens va sortir una cuca d'uns 5 centímetres. Un matí en obrir la finestra, ens va caure literalment la barra de la cortina al cap, trencant-se l'estructura del sostre.

Two things stand out about this hotel: the staff were extremely friendly/ helpful and the breakfast with its numerous hot and cold offerings for many international palates was outstanding.

I struggled a bit with the strong smell of cigarette smoke in my room and my shower door did not close. However, the hotel is being renovated room by room and my friend stayed in a brand new room so staff is aware and working on it! The location was excellent.
