The privacy,tge 24 hr call service and cleanliness

Top floor room,ans no breakfast, we are pensioners but luckily quite spritely.am still waiting for my partial refund.?i had to cancel one of our two rooms but still got charged the full amount.?

Our room was right at the top of the property and was warm throughout the night, this was the only complaint

Exactly as advertised. Lovely friendly hosts. Hotel is excellent situated. Nice spacious room with a big comfortable bed. Free parking outside hotel

Room situated on top floor there is no lift so you need to be fit and healthy to get to the room. Brown coloured towels, I like white towels

"Excellent value for money for 2 rooms that I booked."

We booked late and sometimes I can be sceptical of B&B's but this was so much better than Premier Inns that were 3 times the price. Very clean and very quiet. If you are in the town and need somewhere to stay then please support a business like this. Excellent.

What a find the elmfield was So clean ,fresh ,nice decor comfy comfy bed all.lovely owners nice as well shame no breakfasts a I think they would be amazing here Fresh towels each day tea coffee facility and some biscuits Pictures on site are spot on what u see is what you will get best place ever stayed great yarmouth

Very comfortable. Great location.

Not a very nice welcome. Made a genuine error of thinking the family room was 3 children when its for 2 children and 2 adults only and my 3 excited children had to listen to their mother be told that I should read more correctly when booking and to go somewhere else . After an awkward greeting we then didnt feel very welcome and wasnt greeted with a smile, a warm welcome or asked how our stay was. Its a beautiful hotel with great facilities and fantastic location, but unfortunately for me, hospitality comes before anything. However if you book correctly then you should have no problems.
