Very soft beds a bit like a hammock. Creaking doors that wake us up in the night.
GBGBClean and comfortable room, everything was well provided for including kettle for tea. Location was bit out of town but it was a nice walk after dinner in town so we didn't mind at all. We also had drinks in the lovely beer garden which was a great experience on the sunny day. Overall a wonderful stay

First thing I saw was Cobwebs on the light that had been there a while , I stood on bed to get rid of them ! dirt on floor entrance by front door . Owners may not know that the cleaners are pretty shocking , the cleaners were there as we left and they looked so miserable and unfriendly . Bar closed at 9:45pm so no service if you want a nightcap !!!!! . Place needs a re vamp and some decent cleaning staff . Breakfast was rubbish , orange juice wasn’t filled up so had water and the pot of beans was so minuscule . Not good value at all. We stayed here a few years ago and was so much better I don’t know what’s gone wrong here ?!

Location. Decor and soft furnishings were cheap. Table placemats on bedroom side tables 🤔. Bedroom window didn't stay open. Bed squeak. Shower went hot then cold. Breakfast selection was poor with cheap brown sliced square bread.
