Great location close to all amenities.

Bathroom was tiny with the worlds smallest sink. Would have settled for a smaller room with larger bathroom.

Very basic - room only. Surprised that nobody emptied bins, restocked toilet roll or brought clean cups during my 3 night stay. Host said to ask if anything was needed but I didn't feel comfortable knocking on their door to ask for what I feel are basics. Impossible to turn radiator off. TV channels I watched on Weds & Thurs were then unavailable on Fri - absolutely no idea what happened there!! Other than a couple of takeaway menus, no local info provided at all. Host overcharged me by £25 but refunded this quickly when I pointed it out. Loads of litter gathered in main gateway until someone finally cleared it up on day 3 of my stay. Overall disappointing, but on the plus side lots of tea, coffee and milk provided and very convenient for the train and bus stations. Very short walk to town centre / beach. I'd class this as "digs" rather than a Guest House and felt it was overpriced for what is provided.

The beds were comfortable

The ensuite was small and needs a deep clean. Black mould requires attention. Very small shower space kept knocking my elbows. The shower curtain was dirty and needs refreshing. The fridge was noisy throughout the night. The kettle was full of scale. A plugged in air freshener was empty but switched on. The single A4 sheet of information was mucky with 7 typos on it. Could do with laminating them for cleanliness so they can be wiped. More attention to the room is required.

I don’t know who the other rooms but the room I rented with a single bed is a disgraceful. There’s no good no need for kids. It’s too small and the bed so comfortable you can be washing your hands properly. The water is no power. The electric shower is not working properly. Yes, I was not happy at all.
