Adequate. Both of us got sick from somethinf at the hotel. Stomach aches and nausea. Massage was nice at foot hub.

Everyone gave me good/excellent service EXCEPT one lady greeter who put on a solemn face and gave me a curt reply when I ask her for help. Sorry, did not note down her name. Must commend all the other lady greeters though. They were marvellous and always very cheerful and helpful.

Staff attitude towards me and my guests. Staff especially the managements don’t care about my issues and wasn’t accomodating with my problems, partly due to your website booking options listed the water park as an inclusive option in the room selection area. And now nobody wants to take responsibility. I haven’t experienced this poor treatment anywhere in my travels. I just hope Expedia and hotels get ther information correct so others don’t get disappointed like me.
