"Great Thursday night stay"

A fan was available in the room & both windows were open on arrival to give some much needed air circulation due to the hot weather. Location excellent for the town centre, beach & the BIC. Breakfast was included with plenty of options. There was a one use voucher given on checking in for 10% off food & drink at the bar & restaurant. Unfortunately I'd made other plans but would have been lovely to try out the bar snacks or main menu.

I'd checked in online prior to my stay but the check in desk was chaotic on arrival. The main room light didn't give ample light on its own so ended up using the bedside lamps as well.

The location was good.

The decor was tired, the communal areas weren’t very clean and the ‘spa’ area was overrated. The pool and sauna were small and not very clean and the changing areas couldn’t fit more than two people (no private changing areas).

My room was for a single person, small and clean. The bed was comfortable, but the shower was very small. The breakfast was great, the dining room very clean, and the staff very efficient. The even meal I had was cod and chips, which was very good

Location good breakfast served not buffet nice bar/outside area and good car parking at reasonable price ()12.50 per night . Bus stops right outside going east/west

Bathroom very small difficult to use toilet especially if you are large ,our room on the second floor over looking the car park very noisy at night as the extraction fans from the kitchen are one floor below our window ,room was very hot so needed to open window

"Exceptional"

Location is excellent. I was there with my young son and we felt very looked after. Great food and breakfasts. Lovely room - much more spacious for the 'cosy' room than I expected. Loved it.
