"Excellent"

The location is excellent, bed really comfortable and room nicely decorated.

There was a private session going on in the swimming pool when I went to use it. I did use the jacuzzi but it would have been helpful to know that the pool wasn't available at that time. A notice on the door would be sufficient.

The swimming pool! Plus it is just a short walk to the beach!

No free hygiene kit. Narrow entrance pathway to our room.

"Nice hotel but couldn’t sleep due to the generator"

Our room was above some sort of generator and ALL night it was going on for ten minutes then off for one I know this as it kept me awake

"Not worth the money, overpriced for what we got."

The facilities are great, nice swimming pool and games room.

Our bedroom was dirty, dusty windows, dirty carpet. We only had one curtain so the light came in all night and we requested a crib twice, but it never came. I was very disappointed.

Great hospitality as it should be! Friendly and helpful staff create a warm welcoming atmosphere. We had a lovely, clean, modern room. Breakfast was cooked to order with lots of tempting options. We also had dinner which excellent and reasonably priced. We loved our stay 😊

"Avoid, unfortunately. This hotel was the worst I’ve stayed in in probably twenty years ,"

Close to centre of Bournemouth, staff were polite and helpful, just needed a bit of an upgrade

Bed had springs digging into us , needed new mattress, bathroom door only half opened because of a towel rail behind, not the cleanest of places I’ve been to, breakfast was atrocious,claimed to be freshly cooked , bacon was like sheets of cardboard, eggs were cooked well in advance of ordering , the only good bit of fry up was the sausage , the vegetarian option was no good either ,my wife was eating her hot porridge only a few spoons in and the fry up arrived probably less than 3-4 Minutes from ordering, unfortunately with the clientele, food and decor , we felt we were staying in a residential home , the pool was cold too cold to swim ,

On occasions there were swimming lessons which slightly impacted on our stay.
