Please note that this property is located on a hill, which may cost problems for guests with mobility issues. The hotel is located in the heart of the forest on a mountain, surrounded by picturesque landscapes, just a 7-minute walk from the town of Bad Münstereifel and a 5-minute walk from the train station. Guests have access to a free on-site parking lot right in front of the entrance. Die Lage ist sehr schön. Kein Teppich im Zimmer - für mich als Allergikerin echt ein Segen. Die Kissen sind ohne Federn (endlich!) und super angenehm, die Matratze neu und richtig bequem. Auch im Flur ist alles ohne Teppich, das merkt man sofort. Für mich wirklich eine große Erleichterung!

1). Wunderschöne Lage, 5 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Drum herum direkt ein schöner Park und Wald. Perfekt für alle, die gleichzeitig sowohl ein Shopping-Erlebnis haben, aber auch draußen in der Natur entspannen und wandern möchten. 2). Das Hotel ist sehr komfortabel, in den Zimmern ist alles da, was man braucht. Neue, hochwertige Matratzen, gemütliche Decke und schönes Möbliar. Vor allem gibt es hier das, was es sonst in keinen Hotels gibt - geräumige Flure, ein Aufenthaltsraum für Gäste mit Tischen, Spielen und gemütlichen Sesseln. Kaffee, Tee und Snacks sind umsonst, auch gibt es einen Kühlschrank, wo man sich mit kühlen Getränken eindecken kann gegen einen schmalen Taler. Außerdem gibt es sogar einen Wintergarten mit komfortablen Sesseln, in den man gut entspannen und lesen kann. Gleichzeitig gibt es einen tollen Panoramablick über den Wald und die umgebende Natur. Sehr zuvorkommendes und professionelles Personal und eine sehr herzliche Hotelinhaberin, die wirklich mit Herzblut dabei ist - so fühlt man sich als Gast wohl. 3). Sehr leckeres, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, was ebenfalls sehr wichtig ist für eine gute Laune am Morgen. Insgesamt hat uns unsere Reise und unsere Übernachtung im Hotel sehr gefallen, sodass wir uns sicher sind, dass wir definitiv nochmal hierhin kommen! Perfekt für alle, die die Kombi aus Komfort und schöner Natur schätzen!

Ruhige Lage.Freundlicher Service.Sauberkeit.

*Lichtverhältnisse im Zimmer.Kuriose Lichtschalter, die auch keine Funktion mehr haben. *Englische Verhältnisse:Mischbaterie in der Dusche, man wartet länger bis es warm Wasser gibt. *Dusche mit Duschvorhang! *Die Lage stimmt nicht mit den Streckenangaben bei Booking.com überein. Der Weg vom.Bahnhof ist definitiv weiter als die Angabe!
