雖然離溫泉街有點遠，要上落山。但酒店內室內外溫泉俱備。所提供的早晚餐十分豐富美味。招呼周到，買工態度一流。

地方很大很乾淨。有能操普通話的員工。位置很方便。很適合給有小朋友的家庭。食物也很滿意。最愛它的露天風呂。

Stayed overnight to try out the full ryokan experience. The place is quite wonderful. All three onsens were extremely relaxing, the scenary was eye catching and the staff were quite helpful. The dinner and breakfast were best food experiences I've ever had. The gentleman that personally checked in me in and the waitress spoke English so I never felt left out. I just wished I stayed another night.

1人用の部屋ということで、眺望が悪い。食事も1人用の席は窓側ではなく奥まったところにされる。他の客と差をつけるなら、1人旅を受け入れないでほしい。温泉は有馬の泉質。良くも悪くもないが、源泉近くのほかの宿とはあきらかに濃度が違った。総じて、造りは立派だが、再訪はないかな・・・。サービスも普通で悪くはないけど、心に残ることは特になかった。

有名温泉地だけあって、施設も環境も大変過ごしやすいところです。桜の季節であったことも幸いでした。街中のお寺の桜が見事でした。ホテルの夕食は和食でしたが、味だけでなく彩りにも気を配っていて、仲居さんお気遣いもよく、おいしくいただきました。川を挟んで温泉が配置してあり、移動しながら景色を楽しみ湯につかることができました。大変満足できる温泉ホテルです。

Really nice service and nice meal, the staffs are good, polite and with good smile~ the hot springs are nice too~ u can the hot spring bun and beer on the street, people are nice and good for relaxing, I will go there again
