Very Good hotel, nice holiday for our honeymoon trip

光是早晚兩餐就值得了，那優質的溫泉更沒話說，完美。

落ち着いた親切な対応が心に残りました。他のホテルや店舗の密集地から少し離れたところにあることも落ち着いた雰囲気につながっていると思います。食事の量と質も申し分ありません。

Great place with friendly helpful staff. Not a lot of English spoken but that's okay. Close to Arima's waterfall and ropeway. Nice hotspring baths including an outdoor bath. Wonderful food and drink - try the Suzune sparkling sake, it matches well with the food.

服務一流，房大，但有点舊，溫泉連鎖式酒店共享，整體都可以！

程よいおもてなしで、気持ち良い時間を過ごせました。お風呂も手入れが行き届いていて、気持ちよく温泉を堪能できました。 特に、和食店のおもてなしには感激しました。 機会があれば、また宿泊してみたいホテルでしたし、他の方々にもお勧めできます。

I had previously visited hot springs in Taiwan, and was excited to visit the oldest springs in Japan. While the staff was very attentive, friendly and proficient enough in English, I found the rooms and hot spring spa areas themselves to be less modern than I had expected based on the price and experience in Taiwan. The surrounding mountains are beautiful, but the town itself has relatively few options for shops or restaurants. Perhaps I inappropriately expected a more westernized experience, but as a westerners, I would favor Taiwan for the value and luxury.
