Hampton Inn Milan TN

Hotel was clean staff was friendly. Beds were uncomfortable but you may like them. No microwave the fridge barley cooled anything. Pool area was clean and so was the gym..... My major complaint was I drove my firebird and the landscape crew blew grass and mulch all over my car! Informed the young lady working the desk we went to my car and i asked her to take a photo and send it to corp. No apologies (yet) or anything. Overall decent place for a night what happened with my car just ticked me off .

Staff were nice and friendly. Our room was not very clean, had toothpaste still in the sink, hair in the shower, and stuff still on the floor.

Everything was great in the room. The hallway wallpaper needed repairing but other than that totally satisfied.

The microwave has not been cleaned in months. The entrance smelled bad. Too much noise and cigarettes butts all over the place. Coffee stations were not clean eating tables dirty the place has an ordor

Facility was great. Customer service at checkin was lacking. We did not get one smile from the attendant. I’m hoping he was just having a bad day.

On the whole the motel was pleasant. The breakfast should have been better but the choice of food was sad. Potatoes looked great but were inedible. Bacon was paper-thin. The attendant was working hard, but what can you do with food that comes prepared and needs only reheating, but was not good to start with? The tornado alarm worked very well!

I don't think there was anything unique about property. But the western omelet at breakfast was very good

Great staff. Very helpful. Excellent breakfast. One of the best Hampton Inns I've ever stayed at.

Good location! And pet friendly! We will be coming back for sure
