Hampton Inn Milan TN

Everything was excellent enjoyed my stay.

Clean and comfortable but hard to find and no microwave or mini frig.

Very courteous staff, clean and modern rooms and property. Walking distance to Japanese and TexMex restaurants.

Needed to visit some family nearby, and this is the only "chain" hotel in Milan. Could have stayed in Jackson, some 30 minutes away. It's unfortunate that so many of these chain hotels don't get any proper inspections from the franchisor. That's the only thing that can explain the inexplicable. The usual Hampton Inn by Hilton amenities all worked - selected a room during online check-in, the electronic key worked on the door, terrific. Room was mostly typical mid-America Hampton Inn. Bathroom was clean and amenities normal. I almost always now pull the bedding to look for bedbugs. This room was clear, but I've had a couple issues recently that have made me more aware. Only problem was so obvious I wonder how no one reports it. I've attached a photo showing the condition of the carpeting. Carpet was mostly pretty filthy; walking around without socks got my feet pretty dirty.

The staff are incredible and so friendly and nice! I'd come back just because of them. It is an older building and could use some touch-ups, but the cleanliness was good. Will stay here again in the future!

First time I never had a microwave in the room. But every thing else was just fine.

Made it there for reservations and the reservation day. It was wrong. They said they were doing nightly audit even though they had rooms available. Good night Rent that

Property needs a major renovation Not up to hilton standards

There was an exhaust fan that ran all day and all night with a squealing sound that reminded me of a car alarm an an almost dead battery. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash pumps were placed about 6' high in the shower. I'm average hight but it was awkward to pump the stuff into your other hand
