We had a minor issue with our toilet in our room. Jeremy the front desk clerk came and looked at it then switched us to another room. He was wonderful!! Also, the three ladies that were doing the breakfast were outstanding and so friendly! I definitely would return if I am ever in this area again.

The only thing that made this less than a 5 star stay was the breakfast. The bisquits were cold, the sausage was barely warm and the omlettes tasted different than usual. Everyone was super nice, the coffee was great, the check in and paying the room before we came was super easy...all in all like a 4.5 out of 5

the breakfast was awful n cut short many days before the end time posted the room location for those using third party booking was given the worst room view of the garbage cans didn’t refund $ for exact same booking with another 3 rd party n parking was a nightmare with work truck taken up several of them I wouldn’t not recommend this hotel to anyone

Hampton inn is usually great but this was not a great experience. At check-in the desk staff was friendly but did not know how to handle my prepaid reservation from Expedia and tried to charge me for the room until I showed my receipt then they had to get a supervisor involved. The a/c unit was too close to thermostat so the room never really cooled off - a poor design and bad situation considering how humid it was outside. The next morning there was no coffee. This property needs to get it together.
