Hampton Inn & Suites Tupelo/Barnes Crossing

Very good

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was newly renovated. The suite we stayed in was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good. The pool room had plenty of towels and it was clean. Also, the pool closes at 11 pm, which is a reasonable time. Overall, I would recommend that hotel. I would definitely book again.

Staff was wonderful and very helpful. I had booked an extra room by mistake (that I thought I would have to pay for) but the charge was reversed and saved me $. I really appreciated the rooms were clean. Our room had an outside light that was so bright - we used the curtain and pushed it into the window sill so we could sleep. The pool has always been a draw for me here and it was so hot in the pool area - not sure if there is a ventilation issue?? and the water was murky so we didn't swim. Breakfast is pretty good with several choices. They are redoing the rooms and the old style with the separating area is gone...looks like a dance floor now but very new flooring and the bedding is amazing!
