"Not worth the star rating and pice. For a 4 star property."

The staff are very unprofessional and do not care for any kind of courtesy or hospitality and they claim to be a four star hotel in the vicinity. Even the Duty manager was very rude and did not seem to care. Hence you can understand how the staff under him would be.

Staff behaviour and room cleanliness. Towels were stained and the bathroom fixtures were not functioning properly and rusted everywhere.
