St Laurn The Spiritual Resort

Not flexible checkout time. Room balcony area I was not clean. Room could have been fresh and pleasant- unpleasant smells

First time we didn't like the food in dinner. They don't have any option in JAIN FOOD. Test was also OK. Breakfast was good.

Good location and decent breakfast. Staff was kind to upgrade us to Deluxe room. Mosquitoes in room were a big letdown.

I have stayed at St; Laurn earlier too hence we selected to come back but this time was a a major disappointment. Can say didn't like anything

A list of things: 1) We got a call asking when we would check-in, but when we went to the hotel, the rooms were not ready, which is also fine. so we left our luggage and went for lunch. When I was having lunch, got a call from the hotel stating that the room was ready, so we quickly eat and went to the hotel and one room out of the 4 rooms booked wasn't ready. 2) The room given to me, wasn't clean at all. The bedsheet on the beds were not even changed which I happened to realize late night when I actually went to sleep. This was really unacceptable. There were no room slippers in the room, had to the called for. No Moisturizer, again had to be called for. 3) The plug points in the room were bad, had to call the house maintenance to get them fixed. The shower button in the bathroom wasn't working properly. the lights in our room were too dim. 4) The food ( Watermelon juice, Pakoras, tea) called for by room service was pathetic. 5) Checkout too was not at all smooth. The staff seemed so confused.

Nice property at nice location...very spiritual atmosphere...good taxi service to and fro temple to resort.....
