Room was nice - clean and quite big.

It’s overpriced. The quality and service do not match the price. I believe that on other local websites you can find the same options much cheaper. The pool was okay; however, in the adults’ pool, kids were running and jumping, which is not ideal when you want to relax. Breakfast and dinner were disappointing — I expected better quality and more variety, but it did not meet expectations. The hotel itself is quite outdated and requires renovation. Maybe NG Enjoy is a better option, as it is the same price and located next to it.

لا شي لم يعجبني

We recently spent an enjoyable two night stay at NG Sapanca. The rooms were very large and clean . The open buffet offers an extensive range of food. I am really not a fan of huge hotels with open buffets but the staff at this hotel really are so nice and try so hard I have to mention them . In the winter there are only 2 pools to use - one is for adults and one for families . I had an issue when 3 young children were in the adult pool. After contacting the staff ( first thought I was in the wrong pool) they immediately tried to correct the situation. It was interesting to see that this was hard for the staff ( 2 people called) and some people with children refused to leave the adult pool at first. The lifeguard could have been more pro active from he start as once people get in the water it is hard to make them change their venue . The garden at the hotel is very pleasant and you can take a walk through the trees which were very beautiful as they were in full autumn colours . Even though it is a very large hotel there are ample places for everyone to relax . I used the hamam and had a ritual hamam experience which was very good. The price was reasonable . At first there were some very noisy people in the hamam but the attendant immediately moved me to a more private section which was nice of her . All in all an enjoyable two night stay
