Temiz otel, personel çok çözüm bulucu ve güler yüzlü, gerek resepsiyon; gerek garsonlar ve kat görevlileri işlerini güler yüzle ve isteyerek yapıyor bu çok güzel; yemekler süper, kahvaltı mükemmeldi. Sadece kapalı havuz küçük biraz, o da belki ilerleyen zamanda daha iyi hale getirilebilir. Benim için önemli değildi. Arabanıza rahatça perk yeri bulabiliyorsunuz bence bu havuzdan daha önemliydi. This hotel is a great choice for a relaxed weekend: it has very nice big territory with well-organized walking roads in forest, so you can use both NG Sapanca and NG Enjoy hotel's territories to take a walk and enjoy very fresh air. It also has several beautiful swimming pools. Food choice in open buffet was also great - traditional rich Turkish breakfast, for dinner they served duck, octopus, squids (calamary), shrimps, different types of meze and desserts, paid cocktails in the bar were also very tasty. We also loved SPA area very much: there are different saunas, steam rooms, tropical showers with special effects, adults only pool with jacuzzi. Aromatherapy massage was also good and relaxing.

We visited the hotel with my parents, and it was beautifully situated in nature, offering scenic walking paths and lush greenery. We were eager to enjoy a nice spa experience, which turned out to be amazing. Opting for a weekday visit allowed us to take advantage of a package deal that included a complimentary massage for each of us. We scheduled a busy massage calendar for the whole family, and the service was both refreshing and professional. The breakfast and overall food quality were good, though not particularly gourmet, yet perfectly sufficient for our needs. The rooms were spacious and offered smoking room options, which is a rare find. Overall, it was a delightful stay that left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Terrible staff at restaurants, need to remind multiple times to just bring the tea, zero proactiveness; rooms are subpar / not so clean compared to price tag.
