Good food, big rooms, good nature and organization for kids

Price, small bathroom, had to pay for water, did not help with luggage when checked out

Excellent hotel. A+++++++ Great for families with kids, amazing atmosphere and beautiful views, lots of activities. The forest is beautiful. The food was delicious and plentiful, we enjoyed the taste and variety of it. The staff were very friendly especially Mr.Mohammed he was very helpful and made sure we get the rooms the we needed. Check in was smooth and fast as well.

You are already getting overwhelmed when you enter the impressive lobby and get welcomed by the friendly staff at the reception. Rooms are large and clean with a nice bathroom and efficient AC system. Furthermore there is a large and comfortable bed with fluffy pillows, writing desk, sitting area, large flatscreen TV and french balcony. At the basement there is a large SPA area with indoor (whirl)pool, finish sauna, steam bath, hamman and treating rooms. At the same level you can also get rid of all your energy in a complete fitness room. The food is excellent with a great variety of choices at the different buffets for breakfast, afternoon tea and diner. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The hotel is surrounded by a big garden in all shades of green with walking track, "à la carte" restaurant and 4 different swimming pools and 1 baby pool with many sun beds and towel service. This hotel is an amazing place for a relaxing, comfortable stay or congress events. It is a perfect family and child friendly hotel with a lot of animation during vacation periods.

Everything was clean and well maintained, including rooms, swimming pools, and all other facilities. Staff including cleaning staff was very nice and welcoming. Landscaping and outside facilities were great. Food was exceptional, including breakfast, teatime, and dinner. This is our third time to stay at this place, and it is getting better and better every time. It is a bet on the expensive side, however, it is well worth it and diffenately, won't be our last time to stay there.

Tesis oldukça eski , çalışan personel genellikle güler yüzlü ve yardımcı . İki havuzdan birinin çocuklara kapatılması gerekiyor , çocuklar yüzünden erişkinler hiç yüzemiypr maalesef. Bu otele 2010 dan beri gelirim , yiyecek kalitesi maalesef bir tık düşmüş . Eakisi gibi olmadığını farkettim çeşit ve lezzetlerin .Yine de genel olarak 5 üzerinden 4 alır
