Pórtico Hotel & Galería

Que todo el hotel tenía obras de arte, además el personal de recepción fue muy amable. Llegamos temprano y nos permitieron dejar nuestras maletas y hacer early check in, nos ayudó muchísimo a disfrutar nuestro fin de semana. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de todo.

La regadera, es muy delgada y sale poca agua, no hay conexiones suficientes cerca de la cama para cargar celular y la lámpara de cama no funcionaba por lo que teníamos que levantarnos para apagar la luz general.

This little hotel is well located in Morelia. Its close enough to walk to everything in the centre of town but tucked away on a quiet street. I was travelling by motorxycle and they do have secure parking half a block away. Breakfast was also quite good!

Location, cleanliness, breakfast

Room layout. Bed was located in the bathroom area, up against the shower & toilet. Drain smelled/stank. No closet, to put cloths away. Had to live, out of suitcase.

Staff was great! Breakfast delicious, location superb. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff were excellent and very accommodating. When we arrived they asked if we would care for a quieter room, located in the courtyard. Very generous of them but the room was not very good, a bathroom that you could barely turn around in and no closet space that you could get to. Probably the worst part was that it was very warm and there was no outdoor fresh air circulation. We requested a room that was not in the courtyard and got a much nicer room but it was on the street and extremely noisy but at least we were not so hot. So I guess because of the location, just be prepared for a noisy night but all else is great!

Not sure what they could do to make the room quieter, it's right on the street, but they definitely compensate by being the kindest people, very clean and offer a generous breakfast the next day.

The hotel had lovely art displayed everywhere. The staff was great and very friendly. Thank you Erandi, Karina, Angie, Vhon, Carmen and Lulú.

The only negative I have is that the room would get a bit hot during the day and wasn't able to cool down at night. The temperature wasn't insufferable but I would've preferred the room to be a bit cooler.

Lugar con buena atención y muy limpio, el baño muy pequeño. La ubicación es excelente.
