The staff, went Above and beyond to assist me..I was ready to leave

The first room. was extremely filthy and the carpet smelled, stains on the walls , door latch had so many screw holes, didn't feel secure and the shower head was filthy. The second room was way better but the TV kept having problems but eventually started working, I couldnt sleep under the sheets due to the condition of the hotel, the door was so uneven that you could look outside from the top, the door latch looked like the first room, as if the had to kick the door in, slight odor in the carpet...my first bad experience

Friendly staff, cleanliness, good breakfast choices. Accidentally left something important behind and we got a call same day about it. Great price point.

Out of the way, hallway smelled like weed at times, and noticed people would pull into the parking lot, smoke, then leave at random points.

"Absolutely shit. Nightmare"

Nothing they gave me a hard time about my ESA certification on my dog. Ran my credit card 3 times for a pet deposit which I am not required to pay an then tried to charge my card 50 bucks when I left. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone very disappointed will not stay there again ever. Then the black guy at the front desk was trying to hit on.my wife.

Location in proximity to where I needed to be. Staff was friendly.

I was charged twice for my stay. I paid ahead with Booking.com, and the property also charged me upon arrival. I was told the money would be refunded and still have not been refunded by Sleep Inn and Suites. Disappointed.

The whole thing was great with the exception of the pool heater going out but it was ok it is January.....and the staff was wonderful

Waffle maker was out and not working properly disappointed my 8 year old grandson And lots of construction going on and very noisy at times but progress and improvement is not quiet so all is great will be back repeatedly
