It's always a joy to stay

There's a lot of construction taking up a lot of the parking space however for things to get better there must be progress and construction

Location and pet friendly

I booked a king size room over a month in advance. Just a few hours before check in I received a phone call that our room was not available and given 2 queens instead, but no compensation for the substitution. The toaster in the dining area did not work. The hot water in the shower is on a limiter so our showers were barely warm. Room cleaning was only every 3 days. One day the only working elevator was out of service so we had to use the stairs but luckily we were on the 2nd floor. The key cards gave us trouble every day and we had to go to the front desk and have them reprogrammed numerous times. And on day 2 of our 5 day stay, the tv cable was supposedly cut by the construction crew doing renovations. It was not restored until the day we left so we had no tv for most of our stay. Our stay was far from what we booked and in no way were we compensated for any of the inconveniences. We will not be returning.
