"Good price, cleanish, disappointed in the amenities that were advertised but not actually offered."

The room was pretty clean despite the construction happening throughout the hotel. It did spell like cleaning products when we walked into out room and not the usually musty hotel room smell. The room was pretty roomy for our family of 6. The bathroom was pretty cleanly except the corners of the floors you could tell hadnt seen a scrub in many moons.

We were never notified the pool was unusable when we booked. The website states that one of the amenities is a pool, which is ehy we booked this hotel to stay at with our kids. They were INCREDIBLY disappointed they couldn't swim the two days we were there. The breakfast provided was lacking, when we came down at 8am, there was no milk for cereal, no eggs and no bacon. The juice machine was inoperable as well. We ended up going to a local restaurant to eat instead, which was inconvenient. In our room, the outlet that the air unit was plugged into, did not have a face plate over it, which was an EXTREMELY large hazard considering we had children staying in our room, one being a toddler. The bathroom exhaust fan was also falling out of the ceiling as well. Both issues I reported to the front desk.

"Good, inexpensive stay"

Great location and we had a remodeled room. But didn't know until we got there that the pool and gym were closed. Breakfast was OK and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
