Cresthaven Inn JFK

Nice staff, very kindly. Room clean and neat I will stay again.

I thought the bed and room, though small, were comfortable and clean. Functional for someone that wasn't going to spend a lot of time there. Staff was very friendly. Parking lot is small and we had to park on the street at least once. My major complaint is that the carpets were worn and could use a thorough cleaning. I couldn't stand to walk on them as they were sticky in places. The bathroom fixtures had chips that had been repaired. Also, the hotel did not seem very close to the airport.

I stayed at this inn for 3 nights and overally the place was clean and comfortable than l expected. I was skeptic after reading some reviews. I visited New York on a budget and l was going to be out most of the time, so really needed a place to lay my head down at night and this place offered me that.I was visiting my sister at St. John’s university and this place was central and also within my budget. It’s is kinda far from Downtown sites like Time square, but l knew that and was prepared for the long ride by subway.

I couldn’t find a parking lot around midnight

Lovely stay! However, we did struggle with finding a parking spot. And the toilet flush is loud. Other than that, everyone was friendly and I enjoyed my stay

Wonderful place to stay. Monica was excellent and extremely helpful. Lots of places to eat and walk around. I definitely will recommend it

Excellent place to be and rest after a long day ofwork. Second time visiting for business and it was awesome.

Very comfortable

This hotel is in such an unsafe neighborhood that people need to be warned before booking. It is dirty and has no breakfast. Would not stay here again ever, so unsafe
