The hotel was clean and comfortable as expected with a courteous staff.

check in was prompt and professional. Unfortunately for the 3 days I was there , i received towels, etc, but linen was not changed for the duration. Maid said they was short of help.

This was a great find. The room was small for 4 but fantastic for a place to sleep. The staff was great. It was clean, didn't smell funky, and well kept. I only have 2 things. The design of the shower door was weird so it didn't seal all the way, leading to a leaky shower (no biggie just made sure to put a towel on front of it.) The other minor issue was that the AC was struggling a bit. This may have been due to the extended high temps even at night.

Very friendly and service oriented staff. Great hotel near JFK airport. There is a Portuguese restaurant a short taxi ride from hotel. They have delicious meals, sangria, paella. Make sure you share the paella for two with three or four people. The serving is family size. The hotel has front and back looking like the same. Can be confusing when using uber. Uber pick up point is back parking lot street side. Taxi picks up from thd front.

The Front Door and Housekeeping staff are good people and provide the best service they can. The room was old and toilet did not flush properly. Shower and rest of bathroom looked like it was freshly cleaned by crew but it was old and dingy and could not be made to look better than what appears to be the efforts of Housekeeping.

The hotel was very good for a short stay in an obscure neighborhood. I selected it for location and pleasantly surprised with how comfortable it was. The room was clean (an initial problem was promptly corrected). The desk staff was friendly and offered me fresh coffee. The elevator worked and there were usable steps, too. The room included a full length mirror and trash cans in both bath and bedroom. The free Wifi worked. The water pressure was good and the shower head of high quality. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and felt I got good value.

The room was clean and recently remodeled. However, the queen-sized room in the basement was tiny, the curtain left a blade of light right into one's eyes while lying in bed, and the wi-fi was spotty and sometimes did not work. The immediate area around the hotel is a bit sketchy and there are no dining options other than delivery, but it's hard to eat in a room so tiny and with only one chair. They also "forgot" to make my room. There are better options in Manhattan at the same price.
