Not clean, outdated furniture and torn carpet. Very noisy from the street and raucous tenants. Uneven plywood fixes on stairs and walkways. $60 charge for my dog.
AC didn’t work when we arrived and we spent our 2nd night without water. Maintenance guy was seen sleeping in the maintenance room.

There was bed bugs, I got bites all over.
Floors in room were dirty. Tile missing on bathroom walls. Bathroom window didn’t close. Rusty bathroom fixtures. Generally run down. Good location, block from beach. Staff was kind.
it was close to the beach beautiful but i needed a place to relax i picked the father's day weekend for my family
staff was rude upon check-in. Room was fairly clean. Air conditioner sucked. Didnt cool room down at all. Room was so humid left everything feeling damp.

I love that it was right across the street from ocean city. All the shopping and dining was a few minutes away.
