Horrible place to stay, seriously outdated. I understand going rates and seasonal rates. This place should not even charge $20 to stay. Let alone what they do charge. Total rip off. Windows screwed shut, rotten wood in bathroom, wall tile missing in bathroom. Only door knob lock on door. No second security lock at all. No door seal on door. Just a dump of a hotel. Stay away. Do NOT waste your money. Ocean City is failing with all the run down never updated hotels/motels in there city. This place as many others just need to be torn down.
The location is indeed just a block from the boardwalk but, the motel itself is horrendous horrible. The room smelled smoke, moldy, dirty, carpet so dirty got your bottom feet dirty. The fridge and microwave so dirty. The bed are not queen beds like advertised, it’s like two full beds. The noises from the people in the near rooms and down floor were too noisy throughout the whole nights. My wife got allergic to something in the room (bed or blankets or pillows, I dunno) but she has rashes and itchy all over her body and still has it. The Hispanic lady in her 60’ or something was so rude when asking for ice and stuff. The young white lady is very polite showing me the extra parking. Anyway, this motel is terrible. I want my refunds and Never come back.
Not bad for the price
Property needs a A LOT and major renovation. They also need more effort at cleaning the room and make sure the linens are actually clean. I’m sure they wash the linens but i think it’s about time for them to buy NEW sheets. Our pillow cases were soo yellow. Linens had stains. I also had to ask for air refreshner because as soon as we went in the room, it smelled weed. However, location wise. It’s excellent. Only a block away to the boardwalk. Can’t go wrong for the price compare around the area. I would go back here. I just hope they make improvements in cleaning and have nice sheets at least.
Property is out date A/C is running off extension cord which is a fire hazard
The bathroom could been cleaned better floors was dirty other then that the stay was fine

Room smelled funny
My room had no internet service the entire stay, when I went to front desk about the issue I sat and waited patiently for about 30 mins while he helped the other guest. I explained I had no internet and the range of wifi did not reach my room as it was directly connected to the front desk which also was out of range. He rolled his eyes, shrugged his shoulder and said I don’t know what you want me to do. I was confused with his attitude and demeanor because he was being completely nice and expressed amazing customer service to the people ahead of me. Proceeded to roll his eyes at my toddler and make a snobby face. I knew then it was a discriminatory act and exited the office because I don’t stay in places where I’m not wanted. I spent the next few days without internet or cable connection in my room. Location was amazing, the bathroom was disgusting but after paying and not being able to get a refund I made it work,
