"Great location and very comfortable"

Big and comfortable apartment in a great location. Ideal if you need to work or want to cook. It's quite peaceful considering its location. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

The bedroom was a bit small.

Nothing. The carpets were dirty, the curtains were shredded, there was a very loud water hammer in one of the bathrooms.

スタッフがとても親切でいろいろな点で融通が利いた。部屋も装飾感はないが、きちんと掃除されていた。場所はCBDからも徒歩圏内でFitzroyのとてもおしゃれなAreaなので、周りに美味しくて手ごろなカフェなどあり楽しめた。郊外に向かい列車もParliament駅まで歩いて行けるのでそこから乗ることができた。Carlton Gardensもすぐ近くなので、夕方のジョギングも楽しめた。台所も必要なものはすべて揃っているし、洗濯機や乾燥機もとても使いやすかった。またメルボルンを訪れるときは再度利用したいと思う。

特にないが、強いて言えば部屋に掃除機がなかったので、あると簡単に自分で掃除できて便利だと思った。
