Comfort Apartments Royal Gardens

Location, roomy and tv not on wall. Whole place looked like an Oasis in the city.

Stairs. Had stairs up to apartment and in apartment to bedroom and bathroom. I have trouble with stairs. Staff swapped me to ground floor apartment but it still had stairs to bedroom but there was a toilet downstairs this time so stayed there.

The location was fantastic, the staff member was kind, and the garden areas were beautiful.

Very convenient access to St Vincents Hospital. Close to restaurants and public transport. Friendly, helpful staff.

Carpet in living area was very tired. Double doors to the balcony had large air gaps which let the outside air in.

The room was dirty, with a lot of dust. Sneezing throughout my stay. Face allergy from the duna that was yellow.

The bed was 2 singles pushed together, they were very low to the ground which can be difficult for someone with knee issues, with little support. One of the worst beds I've slept in and I've done a lot of travel. A full length mirror in the bedroom somewhere would be appreciated. The bedside table looked like it was picked up off the street, paint chipped and scratched. You don't need to spend a lot of money to provide nice furnishings. The courtyard garden needs some tidying up & could be much better presented.

The staff were very naccommodating and helpful. The location was great with a short walk to cafes/restaurants and Fitzroy Gardens.

The location was great. Staff were friendly & helpful. I really appreciated the setting. The gardens were lovely. I felt safe, the windows opened, it was quiet & the beds were comfortable. Best recommendation of all, next time in Melbourne, I would book again!

Um....I would be trying to find something wrong. Really, everything was fine
