Loved the bed. Very comfortable the pool and surroundings were beautiful. Hospitality was top notch. The manager was amazing, really friendly and helpful about pursuits and activities in and out of the accomodation. Very inclusive also, offering varying options which was very disability aware. Her manner and professionalism was a stand out of the stay. The cleaner did and amazing job also. Respectful of our temporary space and very thorough. Pool and grounds beautifully maintained.

I thought access to fresh water could improve. There was a ceramic water filter jug on the bench in the kitchen but it was empty. The bathroom was not the quality you would expect for the price. It was very small and very outdated. Certainly not the images presented in bookings.com. The self serve breakfast was tucked in a corner that could really only accommodate two people at a time which was not a good use of space given the very large, unused room available in the area. It felt pressured to finish preparing food because others were waiting. There was no lactose free of varying dietary needs either so I didn't bother the second day even having breakfast. We had a door gap filler to stop the bugs but they were pretty persistent preventing us from opening the windows because there was a spider between the fly screen and window (cheeky bugger). Loved the eco vibe of the place not the creepy crawlys in the kitchen. Not entirely impressed with the damage deposit before access code deal. Your accomodation is no different to any other on bookings.com and you have the same protections through this mechanism to ensure payment with a 3rd party. It set off the experience with a negative vibe as if as adults, in an adult only service, we wouldn't behave as such.

One shame point was we could not open our roll curtain as other customers walked through outside corridor. Otherwise no issue.
