"The property was suitable for our needs at the time but the accommodation did not meet our expectations of the accommoda"

The Property was clean and comfortable, however we booked and paid for a T3apartment but the reception team at Gramacho allocated us a T2 apartment. The reception team also asked to take payment for the booking and I had to prove that we had already paid.

It did not resemble the photographs of the property we booked in anyway. It appeared to be of a lesser grade.

Très bien, toutefois comment mentionne dans le précédent mail, très déçu de ne pas pouvoir avoir accès aux SPA, pourtant toujours mentionné dans votre annonce comment existent. Doit-on à l’avenir faire inteiramente confiance à vos offres.
