Pestana Carvoeiro Golfe - AL

La villa, bien que pas celle souhaitée lors de notre reservation etait correct. Nous venons tout les ans et cette villa que nous ne connaissions pas etait pour le prix, moyen. Climatisation dans tout le RDC, mais absente totalement au premiere etage. Seul des ventilos defectueux etait present à l'étage.

La villa n'avait pas de système d'alarme fonctionnel et durant tout notre sejour, nous avons eu des voisins dans la villa à côté de nous, bruyant musicalement avec fetes le soir ! Pourtant nous sommes dans un golf avec une demande de ne pas faire de bruits ni de soirées ? Le service de sécurité du golf ainsi que l'organisme du golf ne sont pas intervenus, tres etonnant vu le bruit de ces locataires. Nous n'avions jamais connus cela avant. Déçu.

The golf

I arrived and there was no one ar reception for more than 25min. Receptionist finally arrived and said she had been to the loo but that Wasnt even true she had been smoke ciggies and smell definitely confirmed it. Lots of potential bad defo badly managed

Es una pena que la villa no tenga un mantenimiento, había cosas rotas (los parasoles del jardín estaban destrozados, el congelador no cerraba bien, una de las puertas correderas que dan al jardín no cerraba), la limpieza deja mucho que desear, telarañas en el techo del salón, nos encontramos cajones de las habitaciones con bolsas de palomitas y tabaco, una tabla de planchar abierta en una de las habitaciones, la persiana de la puerta de la despensa/habitación de la colada llena de insectos muertos. En fin,,,, es una pena ya que la Villa es preciosa pero el mantenimiento y la limpieza un horror.

la falta de limpieza y mantenimiento. apenas había vasos y nos apañamos con tazas de desayuno. Esta tipo de villas por lo que valen tendrían que estar totalmente equipadas y limpias.

Muito calmo. Muito bem tratada a area comum.

Apartamento muito quente e sem ar condicionado. Recepção encerra às 18 horas. Reserva para uma familia (5 adultos e 1 bebé), colocados em dois apartamentos distando 700 metros.

Close to clubhouse

Only had 1 towel on arrival for 2 of us even after cleaner had seen us drop off bags as we were a bit early then had to ring reception for them,don’t know if one towel each for the whole week is the norm but will bring own in future and shower gel too.

El campo de golf estaba en muy buen estado. Los apartamentos son muy amplios pero el mobiliario está viejo y les hace falta reparaciones y actualización.

Los apartamentos no tenían aire acondicionado. No estaban limpios al entrar. Necesitaban reparaciones que no se realizaron durante toda la estancia, a pesar de que se solicitaron. El lavavajillas perdía agua, no funcionaban los alójenos del salón ni de la habitación. En la campana este tira había unos pájaros viviendo, la cama principal estaba rota, la puerta principal no cerraba bien. Las cisternas de los baños perdían agua y una de las duchas estaba atrancada

We loved how centrally located Gramacho is. We loved the clubhouse, the food and staff were great! We loved walking around the resort. My husband and son loved the golf! The resort in total is great and we will be coming back next year to stay in a different villa that is modern and comfortable.

We didn’t like our bed in villa 165A. It was super springy and so uncomfortable. The villa was quite dated but it was clean and functional. We wished there had been washing detergent for the washing machine-I had to go out and buy some to do laundry. Some of the pool chairs and umbrellas at the communal pool are broken. Felt like those could be fixed/or upgraded so there were more chairs for everyone. Also a lot of people left towels on their chairs when they weren’t there so there were very few spaces to sit some days. I know the board said people shouldn’t reserve seats with towels but people are doing it - feels like someone needs to enforce the rules a bit on that.
