Olde Mill House B&B

Cute B&B, well kept with clean rooms and great service!

We loved this place. Hosts Janice and Mark were so welcoming and attentive to all our needs. Great access to the wineries in a quiet location. Gorgeous breakfast and beautiful rooms. The fridge for the guests was a nice touch. We are hoping to go back to New Zealand and if we do I will ensure this part of the trip will be booked first!

Mark and Janice are the best hosts. Super friendly and knowledgeable. The garden and house are beautiful beyond words.

Very cute bed and breakfast with beautiful gardens, bikes for rent, and clean charming rooms. Unlike some other bed and breakfasts there isn’t really any indoor common space for use, but plenty outdoors. Breakfast is pretty basic (eggs could be a nice addition) but hosts are friendly and helpful. Very convenient to wineries! Cute outdoor cats to pet :).

The owners were amazingly sweet. Very knowledgeable about many different areas of New Zealand. The breakfast was scrumptious. Best flat white coffee I’ve ever had! The garden yard was beautiful and in full bloom. I loved sitting there reading in the morning.

This B&B is very nice, quiet and comfortable. Our host went all the way to make us feel welcome. They gave us all advice and recommendations for what to do at the Marlborough region. Their home is surrounded by magical garden which we could enjoy during the stay. They also lending the push bikes to explore the wineries and this service is provided free of charge if you staying in the B&B. Breakfast is included and it's delicious. Thank you, Mark and Janice for making our stay memorable.

Hosts were fantastic and cycle-to-wine was an incredible bonus.

We loved our time at the Olde Mill House. Our hosts looked after us so well, we only had to say the word and they were there to help us with our requests. We used the barbecue and the bath tub in the garden and felt at home straight away. The free bikes made it easy for us to visit all the surrounding wineries. Breakfast was lovely too with so many homemade jams, we couldn't even try them all. Thoroughly recommend this gem!

Mark and Janice, our very welcoming hosts, have only owned the B&B for a month, but already provide one of the nicest B&B experiences we've had anywhere. Even before we arrived, they happily exchanged emails when we asked for advice re local recommended restaurants. The B&B is a beautiful 1930's villa; immaculately clean, very comfortable, and we appreciated the little touches (such as freshly made Easter buns to help yourself to, on return to the B&B in the afternoon). Lovely continental breakfast with attentive service and a friendly chatty atmosphere. I was scatter brained and left a couple of items behind, and within 2 hours had a text offering to mail the items on. Excellent service - we highly recommend this B&B, not only for couples, but also for a small family group like ours (one of their rooms has a very comfortable king size bed, with a single bed in the corner).

The location to the winery's was excellent and the hosts were very welcoming. They could not have been more welcoming.
