The lady is rude or racist or both. She makes the place like a prison. She wanted me to be there exactly at check in time despite the fact that I told her I'm traveling from far. I know it's her place but the fact I have paid is confirmation that I'm coming, so she stands to lose nothing.. I was not going for an induction
