Views Location Room was modern and comfortable Secure parking

Breakfast at R165 was too pricy Cleaning staff did not return to clean the room, after I was not ready for them to come in at 8:30am. I returned in the afternoon to an unclean room. No clean towels were given through the 4 days stay. Towels seem thin and in need of replacement Check out procedures were never communicated - I arrived at the Reception at 8:30am or so on the Sunday to check out, however, it was closed and no one around. The cell number given was off and didnt work. So as a guest I was left feeling spare, unsure what to do.

I'm always returning to this wonderful place and cannot recommend it enough. It is exceptionally quiet, making it perfect for a peaceful retreat or a focused business trip. I always felt very safe, which allowed me to relax fully and enjoy my stay. The rooms were, clean, warm and cozy providing a comfortable escape from the cold outside. The breakfast was absolutely scrumptious, fresh, varied, and something I looked forward to. Overall, it’s a great place for both leisure and business travel, offering a welcoming and comfortable environment that truly feels like a home away from home.
