Wonderful location and very friendly staff. Gave us a hot cookie on arrival. Nice touch. A few local eateries too that were great.

Room was very cramped with inadequate storage. Very stylishly presented and perfect for a few days.

"Perfect stay with a lake view"

Great location with views across the lake but still accessible by water taxi to Queenstown CBD. Great room layout with option to close off bedroom area. Was accessible room so amenities to fit. Good storage near vanity to accommodate this. Sensor lighting in bathroom was a bonus. Well equipped kitchen area. Delicious warm baked cookies on arrival was a lovely touch. 2 restaurants & cafe available on site with variety of options. Handy to airport & Remarkables Shopping Area.

Slow check in as only 1 person on duty. While parking is available, most has a charge. Hill steep & really need car to access main road (& bus services).
