Spacious room which was well equipped. Great shower. Bed was comfortable but was two twins pushed together. Smart TV in room. Free warm cookie on arrival which was a nice touch.

Both beds were totally bowed in the middle, and we both had a dreadful sleep and had headaches from our necks due to the bowing in the middle. As well, the toilet had very little privacy with a gap in the sliding frosted glass door.

"Loved Queenstown, hotel was ok."

Close to the airport and not too far from town

Bathroom door would not close properly so always slid open so no privacy and the shower drain was a bit smelly. Pillows were way too soft very uncomfortable.
