Heart Language Angkor Hotel - Hostel

GOOD LOCATION NOT FAR FROM NIGHT MARKETS.swimming pool is great to cool off. Staff friendly and helpful.The crowd is a mixture but mostly 25ish. Not a party place but a cool place to stay. I think the bar and food are a little over priced. If they lowered the price just a bit more ppl would eat there. Over all good place

-Location: is pretty good. It is near old market or the so-called 'pub street' so the party or dining is quite easy to find. Not far from tourist destination, like Angkor Wat. - I stayed in their mixed dorm. The room and bed is very clean and brand-new. There are no blanket, though, just a thin sheet of white cloth to cover. The air-condition is pretty good, very cool. They also provide you hair-dryer and towel, so you do not have to bring one. The toilet is very clean. the housemaid will clean up the room every day. They did not take out wrapping plastic from the new bed though, so it will make sound whenever you move. This might be not good for those who is a hard sleeper. - The service is very professional. The staffs are friendly, English-fluently speaking and active. They arranged me a day trip with reasonable price and I can pay with my credit card. They tuk tuk driver is good. They can also arrange you a bus or minivan if you want to go to Thailand or Pattaya. - You will love the bar and a small pool near it if you come with a group of friends. Order some cocktails and sitting near the pool. - Value for money.

酒店位罝有點難找，基本設施都有，價錢尚算超值，服務員反應敏捷，下次希望多留幾天再發掘此城市

I dont really understand who and why put so many and such high ratings of that hotel. The only good positive feedback would be directed towards the swimingpool and the relatively close distance to Angkor Wat and the Pub Street. The rest is just a joke. ROOMS dirty with insects flying and creeping. BED BUGS !!!!! in room 202 that insanely bit me all over my legs. I learnt later ( from other guest) that this hotel had already bad bugs allert - i didnt see that here on hotels.com - if i did, i would NEVER book that hotel. Even after changing the rooms the cleaningness was just poor - that bathroom in room 209 looks like a one big ruin- the ceiling is BLUE/ BLACK from all the humidity and leckage ( just put the tree over there and there you go, Wat Prohm itself!) . // WIFI - poor. You have to climb the chair in order to find somewhat connection ( climbing is good, at least you stay away from the bed bugs for that moment). // STAFF - there is only one person that speaks english ( this man works only during the day), the others don't ( even at the front desk!). So if you want to train your own patience and zen zone - go there. Resuming - i would never recommend that hotel to anyone.

Not a great place. Very old and dirty. Many more places in Siem Reap to stay at this price range. The staff are friendly enough but the rooms are dirty -with stained linens and curtains. This place would be fine with a good deep clean- but they don't seem to want to update the property.

모든서비스에 전부 만족했어요 좀더 말하자면 일단 조식이 아주 맛있습니다!! 직원분들이 무척 친절하시고 좋았습니다. 수영장도 있는데 일정이 빡빡해서 사용은 못했지만 눈으로 봤을때 무척 좋았습니다.

Sehr guter Aufenthalt in einem sauberen ,gut ausgestattetem Hotel mit zuvorkommendem Service.Ruhig gelegen,alles wichtige gut zu erreichen. Frühstücksangebot gut sollte aber überarbeitet werden. Very good stay in a clean ,cozy;friendly hotel. Quiet surrounding close to all important places in town. Very polite staff. Breakfast ok,should be improved.

Good hotel. Nice (but small) pool. Good free breakfast with lots of options, both western and Asian, free coffee in the mornings. The room had free wifi which worked well, a good shower with hot water, a comfortable bed.
