The beach is gorgeous

Our room was missing some key items that were listed in the description (safe, coffee maker, sofa bed). The hotel dismissed our complaint by saying "the hotel is safe, you don't need a safe in the room". After complaining to Booking, they tried to contact hotel mgmt but were ignored by them. Booking gave us a small refund, so thank you Booking.com! The bedding in our room was very moist and it did not feel hygienic. After returning home, my dermatologist confirmed that I had dozens of BED BUG bites. Yikes. I would have a lot of other things to complain about but I don't want to spend more time thinking about our week there. One last conversation that comes to mind: "Why is the mango sticky rice 200 Baht today? It was 180 yesterday" - "That's just the way it is." Many of the staff had this "couldn't care less" attitude.

es müsste besser beschrieben sein, dass man mit dem Auto nicht richtig zum resort gelangt. Wir sind von dem Fahrer angewiesen worden den weg entlangzulaufen, bis das report ersichtlich ist... 2. Option wäre am Strand entlang gewesen. müssen dazu sagen, dass wir auch keine Abholung beim hotel gebucht hatten. Abholung ist aber dann auch nur für Gepäck, so wie wir dies mitbekommen haben. Beleuchtung im Zimmer könnte besser sein

The beach-front villas were really lovely, very comfortable and spacious and well-appointed with little gardens and sun loungers, mature trees planted all around and an outdoor shower to wash off the sand. You could fall asleep to the sound of the sea and wake up to birdsong. Breakfast was also great, and we liked the swing seats at the bar. The rocks make the sea unsuitable for swimming but the pool was nice, and there's plenty of restaurants within walking distance. It's a quiet area, but not far from some lively bars.

Mixed experiences with the staff - one day we were leaving early and asked for breakfast boxes the night before. They were forgotten about, and when we asked reception what had happened there was no help whatsover, just a shrug and "I didn't receive the message". Since we'd paid for breakfast I would have thought they'd use the ten minutes before we left to sort it out, or at least offer a complimentary drink as recompense. Later that night was a huge storm and our roof leaked quite a lot, soaking the end of the bed and everything on my bedside table. The staff on that occasion were fabulous and when we returned later our roof was being repaired. However, given how many tiles seemed to be missing from the roof, I wonder why it hadn't been fixed beforehand. Having said that, we had a lovely holiday and neither of these incidents spoiled that.

Room its nice and spacious, Staff is very friendly at hotel desk and also in the restaurant. Location is nice but it has its problems. Breakfast has pretty OK selection of food. My wife loved the massage at the beach. Dinner at the restaurant is bit more expensive but fair portions and pretty tasty,. Again people at this place are very friendly and helpful!!! Hotel area is little bit like a jungle, so either you like it or not. We liked it, but sound at the night with all the cicada or whatever it is, some night were pretty intense. But we loved it.

Floor tiles in the main corridor right next to reception desk where we have had our room are extremely slippery during wet "times" rain or cleaning - when cleaning nobody puts there a wet sign, so you dont expect the floor to be wet :( ..., our kids felt down several times, thanx God they are still bit spongy :) Our room have had problem with leaking in the bathroom - not a big deal but it was there and it leaked through the light in the sealing at the top of your head while being on the toilet,. Water heater was broken, again not a big deal as when you turn it on and off and used some hand power it kind of kicked in,. beach is OK, but you wont be able to swim or play with kids in the water, as its full of sharp rocks,. solution is to move or go 2-3m to the next resort as there are no rocks. When the water leaves the beach during low tide is pretty ugly, but its the same in many places around Thailand, but here due to rocks its tiny bit more uglier.

Nice beautifull swimming pool, large and clean beach with relaxing area. Very nice breakfasts. Wild monkeys around resort ;)

Its located far away of any atractions. Without car or scooter you can just lay on the beach and go by walk to few bars and other beach restaurants.
