A wonderful experience, shame that the hot tub jets weren't working. But overall, a very good stay.

For almost $200 a night the bathtub plug didn’t work, the hot tub jets didn’t work and wasn’t the cleanest, and the tv was outdated and exceptionally small. I’d expect this from a cheaper hotel, but not for what we paid. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, most staff was friendly enough.

Location.

Pull in.. overflowing trash can..greets all out front. Accessible room for handicap..4 th floor.. furthest away from elevator. Only one grab bar by tub. None by toilet. No roll in shower. Regular tub...Went to use hot tub.. broken. No jets working. Dirty washrag hanging on our shower bar. Bed..very hard. Breakfast..good. pancake machine broke. Toilet in our room..almost overflowed on first usage and sink drains so slow. Told front desk people the toilet issue ...she searched for plunger. No one came to do it..she said try this and dropped off at our door. When we checked out..we informed them of issues..all we got was oh..your not a member so I can't give you points. I said I'm a rewards member. I don't want points. I will contact manager. And we left. Trash. Still untouched upfront when we left. Don't stay!!!! Awful.

When we got to our room, the AC was not working and it was 95° outside. We was moved to a different room which was nice, but my grandson had to sleep on the couch. Next we went to take the kids to the pool and the only reason I booked this hotel was because it had a hot tub. When we got down there, the hot tub was not working. Was very dissatisfied with this day. I paid over $300 for this hotel and it was not as I had hoped.

Website showed (4) photos of 2 queen bed standard, with a kitchen. When I booked, I indeed thought the room I booked was what was advertised! Once I had keys in hand I went to a room that was definitely not the one in the photos! I went back to the desk & let the attendant know there was a mistake. The attendant was explaining to Me how 3rd party booking works - I understood because I'm in the hospitality industry. However when conversation was at an end, a man came from a rear office & inserted himself- no introduction - to let Me know firmly <-- keyword- that I was indeed provided with the room I was assigned. I guess I should assume he was the Manager. Regardless, as the Customer/ Guest, he didn't try to offer an alternative/ upgrade - even if it was at my expense! In all fairness, Marketing could use an update, as that is false advertisement & definitely a misconception to the consumer! The hot tub was a cesspool of dead skin floating around - don't believe Me? Go see for yourself!!! The bottom had loose sand under my feet & stained seating! Needs to be drained & cleaned, immediately! I would indeed stay at Holiday Inn again, as all else was up to standard. Rooms were amazing! Housekeeping was on point! Most staff were Great! Miss V's- Breakfast Attendant -personality was the BEST! She introduced herself several times, as people entered the dining area & advised she was available, if need assistance.
