Had asked for adjoining rooms and was given rooms on separate floors. On second day asked for extra towels and were never given the towels. Other than that the rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was.wonderful

The pool was dirty and the hot tub did not work at all. Big disappointment!!! This was my reason for choosing this hotel. Also details like sticky headboard on the bed and dirty elevator walls weren’t favorable. I’m usually super happy with Holiday Inn Express. I don’t plan on visiting this location again.

The southwest omelet was awesome! The cinnamon rolls, also great! The lady running breakfast had amazing customer service. We really enjoyed having her there. The place was quiet and seemed like it was in a nice area. I only stayed one night. I was very happy with the choice to book here.

"Fewest places with a hot tub"

I love staying here because they're one of the fewest I'm Ohio with a hot tub. This day the jets were not working but it was still hot and clean and I was allowed to get in it. It's buy the mall , Walmart,and lots of good options in walking distance. Free breakfast

The hotel was nice and clean but alot of things were oit of other. My biggest issue was the jacuzzi not working properly, also pool water was too cold.
