Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dayton South - I-675 by IHG

This is a nice holiday inn. It seems like the owners have gotten cheap. There needs to be one or two more people working. There needs to be more attention to details in the cleanliness not by the staff but instead by maintenance. The pool was green and the hot tub did not work. The door to the pool was broken. There was lots of unemptied garbage cans. We would definitely come back and I honestly think it would be naturally better

Fairly good for the price the breakfast was pretty good but there was not as many options as I would like there to have been. The room was your typical average hotel room and the folks at the front desk were very friendly and helpful would recommend for a budget hotel in the area!

The stay was bad. I would not recommend Antony to stay there. I booked the room for the kids to go swimming and me to get in the hot tub. I soccer team messed up the pool and the hot tub was out of order. It looked like it has been clean in a long time. My room was dirty hair all in the tub. The water pressure is horrible to take a long long time for the hot water to get hot. The breakfast is not good. The only good thing is the coffee. My daughter went to get a towel off the rack and it fell off I went to told them downstairs at front desk she said she was going to have maintenance come fix it them never came.

I chose this hotel based on its high ratings and the promise of a relaxing stay with the hot tub. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. Upon arrival, the check-in associate was lounging in the lobby, which set a poor tone right from the start. The 4th floor had a strong smell of smoke, which was very off-putting. To make matters worse, the hot tub was out of order, which was one of the main reasons I booked the stay. Later that night, I was woken up around midnight by loud slamming doors, and then someone mistakenly knocked on my door four times in the middle of the night. I had been fast asleep, so this was particularly disruptive. Lastly, the bed was uncomfortable and didn’t provide the restful sleep I had hoped for. Overall, this stay did not meet my expectations, and I would caution others before booking here.

Everything was great ... EXCEPT the hot tub was closed. One of the reasons we picked this hotel... except for seeing Miss Z again. Kudos to Miss Z for making us feel like we were reuniting with a good friend.

Great stay. Older Holiday Inn Express...but very clean and Josh at front desk was fantastic.

Was here for a conference in Dayton. Nice location with lots of eating options nearby. Staff and room were both very nice!

They changed me 3 times 2 rooms

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Bed was vet comfortable.
