The hotel is understaffed and under equipped. Our room is lacking pillows and bedding. The bedding eventually showed up, but the pillows never did. A lack of security at the facility meant that rowdiness went unchecked at all hours of the night. The pool was out of commission because there was nobody to clean it and it is showing its age. The kids spent about two minutes in it because it was too cold. On the other hand, breakfast was great, I would eat there again. (But will definitely be staying at a different hotel!)

Best part about staying here was the breakfast - and it was really the wonderful woman serving breakfast that made it so enjoyable. I don't remember her name, but she made the experience much more enjoyable.

Our stay wouldve been really great except the elevator broke and was out of service for most of our stay so we had to walk up and down 4 flights of atairs every time.
