Thermal Oak Motel

Room was bigger than we expected and spacious enough. Nice pantry area as well. The bathroom is really nice too compared to other accommodation I stayed at during this trip. Beds are comfy and the rooms are clean, and the air conditioning works well too The hotel location is good as well. Short drive to the city center. Shoutout to Emily, who helped facilitate the check in process for us even though we arrived shortly after 6pm after the reception had already closed.

The reception closes at 6pm but this is a small issue as we had assistance from the manager. Nothing much else that I was dissatisfied with.

Location

The stairs to the upper levels were a bit dangerous. The tread on them wasn't very deep and the wood had some strange pattern which made them uneven in places. I get unsteady on stairs and these were not safe, in my opinion.

Very nice room with everything you need to be confortable. The room was big enough and had kitchenette with all utensils. The location was also good
