"2 bedroom unit with a garden soak pool - exactly what we needed!"

We booked a ground floor two bedroom apartment with a great outdoor soaking pool which was the highlight of our stay. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances for cooking a quick meal (no oven). Everything was spotless clean - definitely an added bonus. We could park our car just outside our unit which was great. The staff were very helpful and always responded quickly to any enquiries. Would definitely stay again at this motel (consider it a 3 star hotel).

"A great location if staying one night, if staying longer do not expect your room serviced."

Great location.

Rooms were not serviced daily, asked, towels were changed. Bins were not emptied daily, bathroom was not cleaned, beds were not made. When asked why the staff replied - no hotel does this daily, even though every other establishment in NZ or internationally does in our experience.
