It was at a convenient location. And decent price.

The room was old and quite outdated. Was supposed to be a queen bed but it was only a double. No sugar, creamer, stir sticks or tea bags available in the room.

It was clean.

Moldy calling around tub. Place was run down with rust around the bathroom baseboard heater and walls that need paint. Barely enough sheet and blanket to cover shoulders at night. Door was in disrepair and had gaps of light along the edge. Didn't feel like it was securely locked. Room 19 was NOTHING like the website photos. I call that fraudulent advertising!

Location is very good.

Heating wasn't working.

Coffee machine had used coffee bag in it. Bed was too soft.

Staff was kind and helpful when available.

Location is noisy and in a very urban location. Parking lot is small and difficult to navigate. Housekeeping is non existent. They have a coffee maker but coffee is limited and does not have any condiments to go. With it so you take your coffee black. Rooms are older and somewhat smaller. Mine was right below the stairs for the upper floor so I heard people coming and going all the time. Not a good choice for solo travellers
