The location is central to the walking area in Patong Beach, and it is secure and safe. Shops, restaurants, and convenience stores are around you, in addition to the fact that it is almost a 10-minute walk to the main shopping centres in the area. The renovated rooms are cool and modern. All amenities in the room are working and as prescribed. I have only tried the rooftop pool, which provides a cool 360-degree view of Paton Beach The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is a great value for money.

Nothing is a deal breaker. The rooms are clean and are being cleaned every day. But there are subtle observations that could enhance the cleanliness scoring. Mainly, the towels and pillow covers are clean but have some hard-to-remove stains. I would also suggest including slippers and a toothbrush kit as standard room amenities.
